This publication details the association of rare variants in SORL1, TREM2, ABCA7, ADAM10 and additionally identifies novel associations of rare variants in ATP8B4 and ABCA1. Targeted analysis of GWAS regions reveals suggestive rare variant signals in 4 additional genes.
