Joining the hub?
Do you want to make your data become part of the world-wide largest Alzheimer Genetics sequencing dataset? Data providers on the AGHub always remain in control by who and for what their data is being used. Data is stored securely, and harmonized together with other datasets, thereby increasing its value.
To make your data available through the hub, please contact us directly. Data providers are asked to sign the data registry agreement, after which they will receive instructions how to upload the data.
As data provider, you can also take part in the Scientific committee, which coordinates cross-consortium projects.
Project proposals
